Description
Sadowski’s Apiaries Coriander honey is nectar honey made from the nectar of the coriander flower extracted by bees. Coriander itself is distinct in flavor, and some of this power is given back to coriander honey. Coriander honey is extremely aromatic. When it is liquid, it has a light golden color, sometimes toward brown, while in the process of crystallization it turns light gray. This is one of the rarest honeys, and we brought it for you from sunny Bulgaria, straight from the shores of the Black Sea.
Sadowski’s Apiary Coriander Honey has a capacity of 450g.

Natural bee honey undergoes crystallization. Honey can crystallize from a few days to a year depending on the species. You can return it to liquid form by heating it to 40 degrees Celcius. On a daily basis, however, protect it from sunlight and do not store it at temperatures higher than 18 degrees Celsius.
If you buy a larger supply of honey, store it in a cool and dark place, such as a cellar or pantry.
