Honey and garlic – an unusual combination
There probably isn’t a person who doesn’t have an opinion about honey with garlic. We at the apiary say that you either love or hate honey with garlic! These strong feelings are the result of the amazing flavor we achieved by adding two magical ingredients to natural multi-flower honey – real garlic and ginger. Honey with garlic will make everyone curious about its taste, and true connoisseurs will certainly be drawn to the side of its fans – its distinctive sweet and pungent taste is impossible to forget! It’s worth remembering that, like honey, both garlic and ginger have antibacterial properties and help fight colds and flu – so honey with garlic is the best way to boost immunity.
Ingredients: multiflower nectar honey 93%, dried ginger 5%, dried garlic 2%
Natural bee honey undergoes crystallization. Honey can crystallize from a few days to a year depending on the species. You can return it to liquid form by heating it to 40 degrees Celcius. On a daily basis, however, protect it from sunlight and do not store it at temperatures higher than 18 degrees Celsius.
If you buy a larger supply of honey, store it in a cool and dark place, such as a cellar or pantry.
