Teddy is by far the most delicate cube at Four Spikes. It has no essential oils or dyes, making it a simple, gentle and refined soap.
It is worth noting that the composition of this bar includes lanolin (a raw material extracted from sheep’s wool), which makes the skin soft and prevents excessive water loss from the epidermis.
Together with caring for sensitive skin from as early as 1. day of life with Duckling oil, Teddy Bear has become a favorite of young mothers and a baby care product readily recommended by specialists at birthing schools. This, in our opinion, is one of his best recommendations. This cube is synonymous with gentleness, which is why it is popular among those dealing with problematic skin, prone to allergies or excessive dryness. Due to its ability to keep the skin moisturized, Teddy also works well as a facial cleanser for many people. It can also be successfully used in multi-step makeup removal.
Lanolin has been used in medicine since time immemorial as a raw material used in ointments and creams – mainly for its cleansing, smoothing and lubricating properties. It forms a fine film on the surface of the epidermis, which reduces water evaporation. Another treasure we used to make Teddy’s soap is cocoa butter, which – thanks to its high content of active substances (e.g. sitosterols) – slows down the skin aging process. The potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron and oleic acid present in cocoa butter have a positive effect on the regeneration of the epidermis.
Bear is used with pure (literally) pleasure. This is due to a fine, but quite dense, pleasant foam. It smells natural and light, so it will appeal to supporters of neutral, non-irritating aromas.
Put the cube under a stream of water, soap a few times in your hands to make foam and clean skin all over your body with it.

The soaps are created by hand using the cold method. No machines or complicated algorithms – the whole process is pure craftsmanship. Each cube is thus slightly different and does not always look like the one in the photo.
If you notice a slight white residue on the top edge of the soap – don’t worry, this is pure glycerin, which precipitates during the saponification process.
