Recommendation for use:

Apply with the included brush as glitter freckles. Make a line along the lash line or highlight the one previously made with classic eyeliner by applying glitter on or above it. Make a graphic line or pat the cosmetic with your fingertip like liquid eye shadow. The only limit is your imagination!
