Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris) – a single-celled algae with an intense green color and a spherical shape. They are found in moist and aquatic environments, most often in fresh and saltwater bodies of water.

They owe their color to huge amounts of chlorophyll, which, as a powerful antioxidant, has a cleansing and strengthening effect on our body, and is also a good source of magnesium.

Chlorella is classified as a superfood due to the presence of many valuable, perfectly composed nutrients.

It contains in its composition, among other things. proteins, including essential amino acids, and is also a rich source of B vitamins, vitamin D, minerals and antioxidants.

It is often used as a supplement to vegan and vegetarian diets due to its high amounts of well-absorbed iron and vitamin B12.

For hair: add a tablespoon of chlorella to a hair mask. 

Dissolve 1 heaping teaspoon of chlorella (3 g) in water and drink it one or two times a day.
Best consumed 30 minutes before a meal.
