Description

Sadowski’s Honey with Quince Apiary is a multi-flower nectar honey with the addition of 2% freeze-dried Polish quince, i.e. the sweetness of the honey broken by the acidity of the quince fruit. Perfect for fans of non-obvious flavors!

The quince honey was created as part of the Protect the Bees project – part of the proceeds from its sale will be used to sow flower meadows or plant honey trees.

Sadowski’s Honey with Quince Apiary is a limited edition – their quantity is limited. The illustrations for the Protect the Bees honey series were created in collaboration with designer Joanna Wojtowicz.

How to use quince honey from Orchard Apiaries:

Honey with quince is the perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey and the acidity of the quince fruit. Fans of our honey with lemon, honey with currant or honey with sea buckthorn will like it. Add it to warm tea (under 40 degrees Celsius) for a warming autumn immune infusion. Add to sandwiches, as a topping for ice cream or eat by the spoonful. It also tastes great as an ingredient in lemonades – both cold and hot.

Natural bee honey undergoes crystallization. Honey can crystallize from a few days to a year depending on the species. You can return it to liquid form by heating it to 40 degrees Celcius. On a daily basis, however, protect it from sunlight and do not store it at temperatures higher than 18 degrees Celsius.

If you buy a larger supply of honey, store it in a cool and dark place, such as a cellar or pantry.
